Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat rate per order, shown at checkout:

• United Kingdom: £3.99 — free on UK orders over £49.99.
• Large parcels (wreaths): £5.99 — wreaths are sent in a bigger box, so a wreath order ships at this rate.
• Europe: £14.99.
• Rest of the world: £23.99.

Making & dispatch time

Items are 3D-printed to order. Production and dispatch takes 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched. Typical times are:

United Kingdom: 3–5 working days.

International: 5–10 working days worldwide.

Exact times depend on your destination and the service you choose at checkout.

Import duties & taxes

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. If these are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you pay; otherwise they may be payable on delivery.
